Hsin Nan Lin was an electric bus salesman and a total novice to its technology. One day, he came across an idea that might massively reform the public transportation, but the experts and specialists regarded it as a naïve proposal. Despite this, he managed to build the concept prototype in one year. He wanted to demonstrate the most promising shared mobility solution is his innovative bus.
We all have experienced the over-crowded bus during rush hours and have witnessed the empty bus wondering around throughout off-peak time. This inflexibility causes the entire bus system in metropolitan cities to be terribly dependent on government subsidies. We need a flexible vehicle and a smarter system that can adopt the fluctuation of passenger needs. That’s the only way to lead us to a sustainable shared mobility transportation service.
